Hello, I am so glad you are here and are interested in knowing Sherry Toler Counseling.  I feel so grateful to work in this helping profession.  Listening to people’s story and being with them in their healing is so important to me.  My own story and healing from trauma contributes to my desire to be with others and come along side them as they do their own personal work and growth.  As I have done my own work and the longer I sit in my chair, I believe that owning our story while learning how to offer self compassion and empathy for others is the most loving and most powerful growth we can do.
